Delivery Policy

  • Orders will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the authorized payment.
  • Approximately the timeframe of receiving an website order is 3 to 4 weeks after receiving the payment.
  • Delivery of orders will depend on whether the product is available in stock. RTW order will be shipped the next working day.
  • Delivery charges may vary for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.
  • Orders will be shipped via courier. The shipping schedule may vary from country to country depending on customs clearance procedures.
  • The Haze will not deal with or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • The tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped to track the shipment via DHL.
  • Please note that it’s the client’s responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for all custom orders.
  • If the original fabric is not available, the customer will be offered other fabrics option or an option of choosing another design.
  • Return or exchange request emails should be sent to within 3 days of receiving the order We address every concern individually to the best of our ability.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or perfumed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • A customer will be given store credit only for the price of the item returned, Excluding any taxes, duties, or shipping paid.
  • Store credit expires in 6 months from the day of purchase.
  • There is no return, exchange or alteration available for outlet items.
