Payments
- Online payments were accepted using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency).
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed by the laws of the UAE.
- All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be shared with any third parties. Your privacy is our priority.
- Customer/Cardholder must keep a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
- Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
- The Haze will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries under the law of UAE.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Delivery Policy
- Orders will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the authorized payment.
- Approximately the timeframe of receiving an website order is 3 to 4 weeks after receiving the payment.
- Delivery of orders will depend on whether the product is available in stock. RTW order will be shipped the next working day.
- Delivery charges may vary for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.
- Orders will be shipped via courier. The shipping schedule may vary from country to country depending on customs clearance procedures.
- The Haze will not deal with or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- The tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped to track the shipment via DHL.
- Please note that it’s the client’s responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.
Refund & Return Policy
- Your satisfaction is our highest priority. However, please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for customized orders. If the original fabric is unavailable, we will offer alternative fabric options or the chance to select a different design.
- For returns, exchanges (only for ready-to-wear items), and alteration requests, please email us at info@thehazedubai.com within three days of receiving your order. We strive to address each concern individually to the best of our ability.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or have been perfumed will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Store credit will be issued only for the product price returned, excluding any taxes, duties, and shipping costs. Please note that store credit expires six months from the date of purchase.
- There are no returns, exchanges, or alterations available for outlet items. Ready-to-wear and outlet items do not come with a Sheila; if you would like one, please request it through WhatsApp or email.
