Refund & Return Policy

  • Your satisfaction is our highest priority. However, please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for customized orders. If the original fabric is unavailable, we will offer alternative fabric options or the chance to select a different design.
     
  • For returns, exchanges (only for ready-to-wear items), and alteration requests, please email us at info@thehazedubai.com within three days of receiving your order. We strive to address each concern individually to the best of our ability.

  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or have been perfumed will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Store credit will be issued only for the product price returned, excluding any taxes, duties, and shipping costs. Please note that store credit expires six months from the date of purchase.

  • There are no returns, exchanges, or alterations available for outlet items. Ready-to-wear and outlet items do not come with a Sheila; if you would like one, please request it through WhatsApp or email.
