Your satisfaction is our highest priority. However, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for customized orders or pre-orders. If your selected fabric is unavailable, we will offer an alternative fabric option or a different design.
For Ready-to-Wear returns or exchanges, requests must be submitted to info@thehazedubai.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and free from perfume or other marks.
Pre-Orders: One complimentary alteration is available per order. Alteration requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Additional alterations may incur a fee.
Ready-to-Wear: Alterations are available at an additional charge. Once an item is processed for alteration, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the product value only, excluding taxes, duties, and shipping costs. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Outlet items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or alterations. Ready-to-Wear and Outlet items do not include a Sheila. If you require a Sheila, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
